Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Since all of our products are made to order, we ask that you carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Production begins shortly after an order is placed. For this reason, order edits, cancellations, or returns are generally not supported once production has started.
If you notice a mistake with your order (such as incorrect personalization details or design information), please contact us within 36 hours of placing your order at info@auracuratedgift.com.
We will do our best to assist you before printing or production begins, but we cannot guarantee changes after this time frame.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has entered production or has been completed.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

We will review your case and work with you to find a reasonable solution, which may include a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Refunds are not available for personalized or custom-made items, except in cases where the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect due to our error.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card provider.
